What to do with Pachi pups?
« on: February 05, 2020, 11:02:21 PM »

Hey everybody.

My pachi fell over and the main stalk has mostly dried and died off. There are 2 pups, over 6 inch each, on the stalk. What should I do with them? Should I cut them off and bag them in shade and wait, or otherwise? Thanks!

id cut them off, let callus for a couple of weeks in open air, and pot them in well draining soil, move outside in spring.

are the roots from the main stalk dead? could be alive underground which would be why you're getting pups....
