One of my current projects... Datura metel hybrid x Datura wrightii. Mom has a dark purple outer skirt and a nice yellow inner skirt as opposed to the pure var. fastuosa which has a white inner skirt. Dad has a nice soft lavender tint to flowers. Much of my interest in plants stems from  hanging out with Mr. Bridges, a horticulture teacher now deceased, for many years as a child. Some of my interest in plants also stems from being a member of the NAC for many years. I would like to donate one free pack of Datura metel x Datura wrightii to the first 3 people to ask for such a packet. Just reply below and send me the address you would like your seed mailed to. Some of my early hybrids form 2002 to give you an idea of how long I've been hybridizing... Brugmansia hybrids

I just have a question on grafting Brugmansia.
If a seedling was to be grafted on to a mature flowering Brug.
Would the new seedling mature faster? or maybe flower without needing to Y??
Just a thought.
