Intense farming

Indoor farm produces the same amount in 36 square feet as traditional farming 44,000 square feet.  Makes a lot of sense for me and others with little outdoor growing space.  This is also the first vegan - certified farm in the u.s. -- A warehouse in Phlildelphia.

I know this can be dismissed as propaganda to sell a book but the video is very cool.  It shows intensive growing techniques in small amounts of greenhouse and outdoor space.  I haven't enough space to do this but one can dream 8)
