It is either a Home Depot or a Lowes, this much I am sure, they both use the yellow markdown tags and have the succulent/seasonal/markdown plants isle leading into the garden center. 

In all seriousness, the local Lowes has very good documentation, both of my T. Pac mother plants came from Lowes.

Nice!  Thanks NW.  Sounds like an intersting cactus with a nice fruit.  The color was amazing even though the picture doesn't really do it justice.  Think I'll go pick one up  ;)
