A friend from a different forum that I belong to told me about this awesome site.  I thought it sounded to good to be true, and decided to give it a look.  Very interested in being a part of this community.  My father and I love to garden and hunt for mushrooms and plants.  We are in the Midwest US.  Let me know if there is any plant that is local to my region that you may be interested in.

Mushroom IDs aren't allowed, for obvious reasons. But perhaps you could make a post about the characteristics of poisonous mushrooms and what to avoid when hunting?

Any contributions to the new mushroom forum would be much appreciated.

Thank you all, I have updated my profile.  And for the record I was talking about hunting Morels and other edibles.  Looking forward to getting a garden going with those willing to share/trade.  Then I shall share with others someday.  I cannot see anything on anyone's list at this moment?

Will do Frog.  I lost my promotion.  Whatever.  Lesson learned.  I am on my way to my fathers to pick up some seeds to share with you all.  Also ordered a nice seed catalog I plan to purchase and share from this spring.

I currently have some Tithonia diversifolia and Helianthus annuus if anyone is interested.

I went to see my father.  He gave me some Echinacea purpurea  and Pachira Glabra seeds to share if and when I get my promotion back to do so.

I am beginning to think I may not get re-promoted.
I have tried contacting Mandrake two times.

Good news is I was able to make one successful trade during my time as a promoted member.
