Many thanks for the replies
Of the remaining seeds that I have, I've scarified half and soaked those as well as the other unscarified seeds in water for a couple of hours. Then I placed them between moist paper towel sheets then all into a baggie and on a bright windowsill for a few days. They have now all really plumped up, so should I leave them as is for a little bit longer or try planting them, maybe in a pot with another plant? I've read that they do germinate without their host plant, but don't grow very vigorously. Plus, I like the paper towel method so that I don't end up digging up the seed to try and see if anythings happening
