Greetings from a plant researcher in Maryland!
« on: March 12, 2026, 07:14:31 PM »

Hello all, I am excited to join this forum. I work as an undergraduate in a Maryland plant genetics lab. My expertise is actually mainly with bacteria, yeast and mammalian cells, but I'm lucky to get to do some cool research with plants as a part-time job. I have never been great about botany at-home and decided maybe it's time for a change. I'm interested in collecting a Salvia divinorum cutting or cuttings, and I also love the way that black spruce look so it would be great to cultivate a seedling indoors. I will hopefully have some cool plants to do giveaways with at some point. Nothing transgenic of course.

Send me a message if you want to talk!
