Do you thino think that pehaps we can change the behavior of parasitic Apex relationnships in a Funngus or Lichen?

I thought "If Cordycep could kill humans then it has to involve an insect

i wonder if medicaal neglect could create the cordyceps zombie true aocalypse or if we fed the cordyceps less meaty things if it could transcend maybe evollve into a new being?
