Got my first starts

Just received my first l.w. starts. I'm pretty stoked. I made my soil it drains well, starts draining within 5 seconds of pouring water in the pot, the starts I got seemed a little dehydrated, In fear of over watering. Is this normal and something that will go away by itself or is there things I need to be doing to them
