Did a few trades with a pretty dodgy fellow eBay seller, and this the "Kanna" I got.
Started off as proper Sceletium tortuosum, but when I said no way, at least not by the pictures I have seem, he said it was pretty much the same, not quite, but still an "active" one anyway.
Done 3 trades with him, none where I was 100% happy with what I received, or I actually received it within a month.
I guess that shows Im a slow learner.....

Regardless, if you want a cutting let me know.

*UPDATE*
Tastes ok to me after fermentation, but "active" is a big overstatement IMO.
Still would love an ID, still no flowers and still have cuttings available if you want them....

Sucks, but AU-OS trade isn't cost effective or reliable anymore. Aussie trade encouraged, especially for cactus, dragonfruit, and colour fruited columns.
