First encounter

Just poking my head in to check out the landscape. Just became interested in mycology and am eager to explore it further.
I sadly have nobody I can ask questions to or get tips from. I figure I should start "meeting " people who have similar interests, all my real life friends are 1/2 retarded

Welcome aboard! Sounds like a situation most of us joined the forum for...people these days don't have a clue nor want one. Hope you find some online buddies!

Hey there. It sounds as though we really are all in the same boat! Not that I'm religious at all, but I sure hope Noah wouldve picked people off of this site for his boat.

I've taken  time to read through some of these different threads here and I must say, the vast amounts of oddball info here and there is impeccable! Little gold mine! Well maybe its big actualy..

I'm looking forward to interacting with and making new connections with some likeminded people on here!
