Hey

Thank you for the opportunity that is this forum. I am glad to be able to discuss gardening with you :)

I heard about the site from the Nexus, got a different username and here I am!
Hopefully I can learn a lot about gardening although I consider myself a pretty noob at this area.

Mostly at the early start, I would be interested in swapping my "useless" (sorry for the harsh word) plants, with edible plants. So any recommendations (eastern europe, spring time just started) to plants that I can put in pots and harvest them sometimes would be very very much appreciated!!! Or even a link to a list of such informative sites!

My hobby these days is mostly alternative medicine. My favorite one is the Wim Hof method that I encourage everyone to learn about as it is a very powerful tool of detoxifying our body and building up a stronger immune system!

Hope the introduction post is well rounded and passes the rules.

Oh and about your "useless" (I understand how you use it) plants, I hope you keep them! They're great air purifiers and old decaying growth is great compost. Plus taking care of them is only more knowledge for your edible plants. ;)

I'm on my way of planting nettle, and other plants that I'll boil for tea later on. Outside I must arrange the soil first, as I have a nice forest near me, and I am able to get some quality dirt from there.

Soon I'll try a few beans inside, to see which soil is how much productive. I'll have plain one from outside, mixed with foresty, and the third will be mixed with used teas (which we have a lot). I sure hope the tea one wins :D I'll be putting teas into every pot after that!
