Pine Plum Podocarpus Elatus

Just got 50 of these seeds from a family friend. The bark of this tree is supposed to be excellent for asthma.  Seeds have been frozen for a couple years just picked them up a couple hrs ago and they are still pretty cold.  I have them soaking in water right now. any advice appreciated.
