Greetings friends,
I'd say plants really started becoming a great presence in my life about four years ago. Since then I've been gradually increasing my knowledge and experience, with the hope of making work with plants a primary pillar in my life. I'm especially interested in studying and understanding the myriad ways humans and plants interact - particularly in the case of medicinal plants. In the last year I have greatly increased my knowledge of indigenous southern African medicinal plants and have turned with new attention to processes of health and healing.
To date I've grown Trichocereus bridgesii, Passiflora edulis, Passiflora suberosa, Glycyrrhiza glabra, Catha edulis, Urtica dioica, Artemsia afra, Lessertia frutescens, Acacia karroo, Acacia nilotica, and Acacia siberiana var. woodii - all with varying degrees of success. I've been looking forward to the opening of this kind of community platform for a while now and I'm super stoked to learn and share! Thanks to everyone involved!
