Recently I was felling a block and one smaller tree there was a Laburnum, I then was reminded of this thread and decided to post this:

Laburnum, afaik not native to the americas, does a very similar thing for you without pulling your strings. But who knows what else it will do to you.

Edit: And when reading about Laburnum one will certainly stumble upon a list of the following plants:

Cytisus canariensis
Sophora secundiflora
Genista germanica
Styphnolobium japonicum
Gymnocladus dioicus

Two of which grow in the americas.

You may also find Lobelia sp. here.

On the West coast, I am told betel chew/paan/areca nut are common to buy in stores, and they can substitute partially for nicotine.

The best way to quit smoking is to get vegetable glycerin and nicotine base liquid. Mix your own e-liquids. I like the RDA/RBA/rebuildable atomizers, so all you need to replace it is kanthal wire or stainless steel wire and cotton.

Then it's a matter of picking your battery/mod

Start at 12-24mg/ml if you are a big smoker and then taper down from there. It is a process but that is the best way to make small reducing increments.
