that does not look like a PC in my opinion.

Then what does that look to you?
And also tell me about V-marks, is there anything special about a cacti having/lacking those beauty v-marks?

When I have time, I'll take photos of all my cacti. I just got a digital camera a few weeks ago.

The reason I say it didn't look PC is because of the length of the spines and the black tips of the spines.

Also, one of my pachanoi clones, "khronos", doesn't have V-marks, it has horizontal lines or nothing at all. And it's a 'proven' clone. Also, as modern said, the PC clone can have v-notches later on as it get's older and bigger.

But it's really hard to say as I have no idea where cacti come from in your part of the world.

Do you know anything about its history? Like where it came from? was it grown in your country?
