Hi everybody. I've always been interested in plants, and now I'm starting to collect plants that I find interesting. I've got a few trichocerous, kratom, mucuna, and a few South American plants. They are all too small to propagate at this point. I'm also interested in wild edible and medicinal plants, but I'm hesitant to start this practice until I receive some instructions from someone knowledgable. It seems to me that there are a lot of very nutritious and medicinal plants nearly everywhere, but modern man is quickly losing this knowledge. People have told me stories about elder family members who knew and practiced these things, but the information never got passed on to the next generation. That is such a shame, because I believe there is a lot of truth in ancient wisdom. I'm very glad to become a member of this forum and I've already found several very helpful threads.
