I have a journal with my hand drawn floral diagrams, I am trying to learn how to do them digitally. I think there may be software available I am trying to get a hold of.

Writing the floral formulas and drawing the diagrams is really rewarding especially for those of you who grow closely related species or  varieties. It really forces you to know the flowers in great detail.

Going through the powerpoint and practicing with a few flowers would be a great start, its not very difficult, just requires patience. After that if you are still interested and have the cash I suggest getting the above book to take a step further.

If you can learn to draw floral diagrams and write the formulas well, you can learn how to identify any plant. ;)
