Greetings! Love to see a site like this up and running.  8)  Lived in the Central Valley of California for a decade but was only focused on plant cultivation for about a 3rd of that time and have now taken to full-time investment in plant analysis, cultivation, and other sustainable approaches for ethnobotanical garden utility.  As of now have been studying plants of the Pacific Northwest(mainly legumes/grasses) for the past 2 years and have found some very interesting things about certain pasture grasses that have been hidden or omitted from literature.  Also an ongoing more recently focused and strategized study of Central Californian medicinal Acacias and other Legumes is being undertaken.  Have written numerous pieces on ethnobotanicals but have never had them published, but those can be sent with seeds if you want.

Available seeds I have are:
Phalaris Paradoxa-collected in June of 2013 on the Columbia River near Astoria,OR
Hordeum Vulgare subsp. Vulgare-North Dakota
Phalaris Brachystachys-France
Phalaris Arundinacea-California
Lupinus spp.-collected in Olympia,WA 2012
Acacia Xanthophloea-India(have attempted a few tries with these guys but no success, note PNW is not ideal for cultivations of A. Xanthophloea)

Hey AcaciaAve welcome to STS! Can't wait to hear more about these grasses. I actually have a a few acacia xanthapholea plants I've grown from seeds I got from a member on here. Theyre around two feet tall now. Hopefully I'll be able to spread some cuttings around in a few months.
