thanks for the list i never heard of any of those,
except Phyla dulcis 'aztec sweet herb' i have growing..
which reminds me i need to collect those seeds.

 :o really though, adding fluoride!? i would think that's the main reason to make ones own toothpaste; to leave out the highly toxic fluoride.
