Hello all! I'm a plant lover from the planet Earth! Got sent here by a friend because I mentioned a few plants I have been searching for and they said to head this way. Really enjoy making flower essences, essential oils, and herbal/fungal medicine. Mostly try to incorporate my healing plants/fungi into my food as that seems to me as a great way to consume them. It's nice to be able to make a large meal for friends and family that will also boost energy, help digestion, balance hormones, and ease tension. I use lots of curry for the anti-inflammation properties, black pepper extract to increase the bio-availability of the curcumin compounds, blends of reishi, maitake, chaga, lions mane and cordyseps, and a 4 herb blend of sheep sorrel, slippery elm, turkey rhubarb, and burdock root(also known as Essiac or 4-herb tea). All of these added to a sauce in usually lower amounts, just in case somebody wants to eat a lot, they won't get overloaded(wink wink slippery elm).
Anyway I am excited to spend some more time looking around this place and learning as much as I can. Love to all!
