I use a mix of capsil and spinosad. capsil is a wetting agent that makes the spinosad much more effective.

there is also neem and insecticdal soap.

Capsil (wetting agent) 3 ml/g add first.
Spinosad 2.4-3.5 ml/g add second. (up to 6ml)
add any mineral supplements like magnesium (epsom salts) third.
add any organic solubles like Fulvic Acid last.
 pH 6.0-9.0
use every 5-7 days, max of 5 times per crop.

Forgot to mention you should do this at near night time or night time for your plants. Do not let them in direct light of any kind after neem or capsil/spinosad. let them dry out before going back in light. as they could get burnt.

If you dont mind chemicals, try  Admire Pro it's a systematic that lasts about 3 months then is safe to consume, it's very popular for aphids on tobacco, but is said to work well on spidermites to

Hang hotshot no pest strips in the room during lights off and make sure the fans arent running. Hang two of those in the area and you wont have the problem anymore. I used them for years...

Not that they don't have their appropriate use, but I knew those hotshot strips sounded too good to be true (for my situation anyway).  House plants are out, but could possibly use in green house...
