This video provides a brief and simple introduction to the cultivation of mushrooms for the purposes of remediation. The techniques discussed also apply for most species grown for food or medicine.

Very informative, I've used mason jars like that before but I had a different approach for the lids than his (just holes in the circular lid with foil to act as a barrier), I like this approach better, it allows for more gas exchange without risk of contamination.
