Do you think this is more or less efficient for hardy like P.viridis seeds?
It's not more or less efficient, it simply requires dissolving different amounts. I'm pretty sure you will
not use 10 grams of GA3, never mind if it's 5, 10 or 20%. Soaking seeds uses very little water,
and 500ppm for instance is a rather high concentration.To prepare a little 100ml vial with, say, 500 ppm GA3 solution, as odara implied, you need very little. 1 part per million means 1 mg of pure GA3 per liter of water. This equals 10 mg of 10% GA3. Multiply by 500, divide by 10 = 500 mg of 10% GA3 in 100 ml of water will give you a 500 ppm concentration,
which again is quite high, and surely enough solution to give a good amount of seeds a soak.
