Odds for sucess using "green" Diplopterys cabrerana leaves
« on: August 28, 2013, 05:27:09 AM »

I found a source for "green" Diplopterys cabrerana leaves (http://www.alibaba.com/product-free/114312662/Green_Chaliponga_Leaves_Diplopterys_cabrerana.html) although I am hesitant to order them as the shipping time, without any delays en route, is eight days.

Does anyone know how long fresh leaves remain viable for propagation after harvesting?

Aparently botanicumdivinicum has bad reputation arround the scene, he also said he is friends with kiwiboancaya.

Can Diploterys be propagated from leaf cuttings? I was under the impression that they are normally propagated by stem cuts like most Banisteriopsis (Diploterys used to be classified Banisteriopsis until recently). Please let us know.
