The University of CA did a study on the products themselves and found almost none contain whats listed on the label, at best most of the products contain a fraction of whats advertized

I use myco-blast on most of my transplants, and it realy does seem to help, but I suspect it's just the kelp extract base thats helping, but thats just a quess

I have also used it on cacti seedlings recently, but I dont hink slow growing cacti would be the best to test on due to the slow groath

I always tend to think about how standard commerical greenhouse culture works so well and its dam near sterile . . .

I am guessing Paul Staments product has what's advertised .
I am just not sure if the culture mix I bought from his lab is  beneficial for cactus .
hummm let me look it up and post more details .

I recommend all read Dr. Staments book
