Howdy from Texas Y'all! Great to be here for the first time.
I am currently working with different Desmanthus spp and
Native Texas Acacia. I love cacti and succulents as well.

Thank you nahuatochtl! In further explanation of what brings me here;
I am an electrician by trade but I have loved plants and made them a hobby
for some time now. The fact that plants produce alkaloids and chemicals that
benefit the overall wellbeing of man, both physically and spiritually, is an amazing
testament to the Creators fingerprints. I personally believe all seed bearing fruit,
Vegetable, and herbs were given as food. Not to mention the modern rediscovery of
ancient plant uses. Everyone struggles with maintaining a healthy lifestyle living in our
toxin laden world. I believe plants are key to our everyday lives and wellbeing.

Specific Current Interests:
Native Tx Desmanthus Spp.
Native Tx Acacia Spp.
Delosperma Spp.
Caesalpinia gilliesii
Native Tx Cacti
Mimosa Spp
Albizia Spp.

I also have access to a wide variety of Tx natives. I enjoy xeriscape gardening!
Especially when you can see the true beauty in plants.

Sucks, but AU-OS trade isn't cost effective or reliable anymore. Aussie trade encouraged, especially for cactus, dragonfruit, and colour fruited columns.

Welcome to STS.  What kinds of cacti do you have access to down there?

Thank you all for the welcome!

 New Wisdom;
You name it brother! My personal collection includes-
Echinocereus triglochidiatus - claret cup, red flower

Echinocereus reichenbachii- Lace Cactus, fragrant purple flower

Echinocactus texensis - Horse Crippler, ranchers hate this one!

Hamatocactus bicolor - Twisted Rib, yellow/red flower

Mammillaria heyderi - Pin Cushion, sweet edible red fruits!

Opuntia imbricata - Cylindropuntia, purple flower

Opuntia ficus Indica - Spinless prickly pear, yeah right!

I also have a good friend who is a wholesale distributer of cacti and desert plants. He has resources to land in the Big Bend/Rio Grande Valley areas where he harvests his plants. He has almost every Tx native you could imagine. So I could get my hands on just about any cacti/desert plant seeds native here.
