Not Sure?
« on: February 13, 2014, 03:09:15 PM »

Hey I was just wondering if you guys think I can
plant something in this weather? :o
This is the insanity I have been dealing with, it seems like
the snow just doesn't want to stop this year. :(

I wouldn't plant anything outside at the moment, but inside is another story (if it's an option); if you do just be mindful that some kinds of plants take less well to being transplanted. these may help

That's a definite no about planting now.  unless it's a seed that needs cold stratification.  But those usually need to be out all winter anyways. So, I'd say no.

You can sew many plants directly into snow covered soil... so long as they like to be stratified

I plant my henbane and deadly nightshade seeds in december ive heard of people planting poppies
durring the winter aswell
