Hi All,
Cacti nurseries are very abundant in the area. I'm going to take photos at the nurseries and put them here.
For identification purposes, I'll try to keep it to cacti that are labeled with the species.
I've been telling the nurseries that its a serious pain when they sell cacti simply labeled as "assorted cacti". I tell them that learning about the specific species is half the fun of growing it. But alas, some of the "asst. cacti" are just too far interesting to not post. ;)
Please feel free to ID any of the unknowns!

As of today, I'm the proud care-taker of a Mammillaria parkinsonii (first picture below). parkinsonii's common name is "owl's eyes" which makes sense from picture 3.
Also, here are a bunch of the unknowns. The first one I found particularly strange.

No, no. I took the photos AT the nursery.
The only one I bought was $6.

Oh, hahahaha. I seen the price of one was like 50$ and there were like 20 pics so I was thinking you spent like 1k$+ hahaha
