Post by: Fontoking61777 on July 06, 2019, 01:41:37 AM
When I received cuttings they did not look so good now they are starting to get better and I've been noticing new growth and was wondering if I will ever get new growth on the top of stem were it was cut to make cuttings I didn't cut it like that jus how I received them if they won't get new growth on the top of stem should I cut the branches off when they get to big to be supported by the main branch

That IS your new growth and no the cut tips won't grow. When a plant is cut like that the axillary buds kick in and start growing. If you pinch the tips every few nodes it'll bush out nicely. If you just let it grow the stems tend to get lanky. Once you get some growth take some tip cuts and start your garden.  ;D
