Little hard to see in picture but there little white hair like things growing on the new leafs is this the start to some kind of mold or jus very large trichomes

It indeed is hard to see on the picture but at the same time I do believe I know what you are talking about and in that case I can reassure you that this is completely normal or at least has never killed any of mine plants, of which all show this kind of 'hair'.
It can be seen rather nicely in this picture, for comparison.

Whatever you are doing, keep it up. That is one happy looking Salvia! :)
And yes those trichomes are completely normal.

Papaver somniferum tends to grow more hairs when the temperature is lower, presumably to conserve/hold in heat. Perhaps the excess trichome/hairs are due to low temps? In any case I think they're normal and not a cause for concern. It sure looks like a happy plant! :)
