Title: Unidentified seed!

Well I had found this seed in a groaches a long time ago... misplaced it and it suddenly popped back up in my storage lol
Can anyone help identify it and/or givery advice on how to germinate? It's hollow and I can hear a rattling inside as well.

No actual, useful information as I have no idea what it is or how to germinate, but I'd guess that what you have is a seed within a shell based upon the hollow rattling.

based on the rattling it's dried out dead, or maybe a seed within a seed coat :)

I feel like I recognize it, and the rattling thing sounds  familiar, but I can't remember what it might be... It's kinda frustrating, because it's slightly familiar but I can't figure it out.
