Title: Curare cuttings...need advice
Post by: Bach on December 05, 2016, 06:29:14 PM
So a few weeks ago I got some cuttings from a curare plant. I believe them to be Chondrodendron tomentosum, but they weren't ID that way when I got them. There are a number of species that are used for curare, but I think I've got the ID right.

So the issue is that they are not putting out any roots. They aren't dying either, but nothing's happening. Anybody out there with experience with this plant? WWW searches haven't come up with any parameters for propagation.

I don't know what the dilution would be for IBA, but have you tried that?

Congrats on the score! Very cool group of plants.
