I came across some really cool links today, most of it has to do with general growing tips and forcing the plants to flower. I honestly could not believe the size of the plants in the first link below, and even though the links are a tad old, they're interesting none the less so I thought I would share.
This first one is sort of a grow log of one of the biggest salvia's I have ever seen (and I thought mine was big ::) ).

On page 7 of the same link, he goes into how he makes his plants produce flowers:

"First: you can easily get seeds from Salvia plants. The HARD Trick is getting them to flower. I knew this. So I placed a 10 foot 'wall' (with a 'roof') of Black Tarpaulins around the garden area this fall. Then I put the 2 BIG 'Blosser' plants back in the dark to grow."
"By setting the lights to 11 hours light and 13 hours dark your plants will bloom whatever the season!"
"Salvia divinorum DOES set seeds IF you can coax her to bloom. Most people's plants do not bloom because they are near a window/or street light/or security lights. If your plants are under your living room window they will stay up late and watch TV, or Party, with you and the gang. Plants that stay up late and party (or watch TV) NEVER want to bloom."

On growing: "Salvia Grows Best in a Bigger Pot. Mine likes 15 " to 24 " pots. GOOD Drainage: let Soil dry out on top between waterings. Fertilize weekly Miracle-Gro. Keep from Frost. They will Last MANY Many years."
On flowering: "You have Flower Spikes Forming. In a Month you will have flowers starting out. You do not have to do anything except keep away TOO much Light at Night. When Flowers bloom you wipe flower parts together: then you watch MORE. then in 4 Weeks you get a Present off your Plant"

Athena, please attach here all his pictures of tree-like S.d. I can't copy his links to paste them into browser address bar to download that photos. Ctrl+C keys operation doesn't work too.
I see he wrote about 11 and 13 hours day/night light time cycle to make S.d. started producing flowers and seeds. Thailand cannabis does the same.

The source of the photos used in all of Sea Mac's threads/posts across many forums seems to be gone :'( that's a real shame as those photo's were amazing. I've only managed to find a few on the net, so just to give you an idea of how big they were, they can be found here:
