I just found some mold in these cacti seedling containers. The seeds haven't all germinated yet so i'm pretty worried. Is there anything I can do? Like spray diluted h202 inside the container or something?

Hydrogen peroxide sounds like it would help.
Also physically removing the visible mold would help
Just my 2 cents :P

I'm just afraid it would kill the newly germinated seedlings or the non germinated ones.

It would if you used it full strength.^ If you dilute it and spray the containers it will kill off the mold. After a week you're going to want to spray them again to kill off the remaining mild spores that have germinated.
You could also use some natural organic mold killer which contains plant oils. I have one that contains thyme oil and a few other organic ingredients. I could send you a small bottle if you want.

I'm not positive it's mold yet. Here's a picture though. I'm just afraid it would mess up the delicate seedlings/seeds. What kind of dilution would I make with the h2o2?

I would use 1-3% solution. If you think it is starting to get moldy now it would be best to deal with is as soon as possible before it becomes a real issue.

It's hard for me to tell from the pic... if it's a really thin, wispy off-white/grey mold, it might be cobweb mold which thrives in moist, stale air. If you can provide a little air-flow it might clear it up without h2o2.. But h2o2 also takes care of cobweb quite nicely too. I just don't know what it would do to seedlings

It does look sort of like mold, but as Saros mentioned it's hard to tell from the picture. I'd say try both adding a little air flow and the h2o2 dilution, with how many seeds you've got in there any amount of mold should be dealt with before it can really spread.

Yeah, the mold's pretty bad. I took out the important seeds or the irreplaceable seeds in case they get messed up. :(. All the astrophytum are growing awesome though. But the loph seeds seem to be stunted due to the mold. So I'm glad i saved some of them before it got bad. Seems like whenever i start a big amount of seeds something goes terribly wrong, any other time with smaller amounts it goes great though.
