Once again, quietly and without proper authority, our well meaning masters in the DEA have decided that a plant based medicine with a proven track record of therapeutic use should be criminalized at the highest level.
I resist, I cannot ignore this abuse further.
Tweet, post, and educate it saved Kratom (temporarily I believe) and it may help save this gift from the plant world.
A gift BTW, that keeps my youngest cousin from taking debilitating amounts of pharmaceuticals to prevent her seizures. I think this is what the DEA really has a problem with and I will not idly let it pass.

Yes, it is really a fucked up thing to schedule cbd oil.
Although, from the law it looks like if you could get it to 100% cbd then it would be legal, there has to be other cannabinoids present.
Of course, in reality, that is just about impossible.
It breaks my heart thinking of the little kids who are going to have to go back on crazy meds or go back to having seizures all day.
I have been posting about it, dont know of any petitions but it would be nice to start one!

Lets outlaw broccoli too, it contains zeaxanthin and we will make many kids who dont eat their veggies happy.
Just like CBD of course zeaxanthin 'doesnt do amything' and is rather helpful ... so it apears to me my argumentation here is just as legit as banning CBD.
And if we are already at it: Tax sugar 500%, might help with obesity and also its molecular similarities with ethanol appear reasonable grounds for taxation to me.
Death to broccoli !
just as legit

Seriously...
at this point, this is absurd.
Just spread the word, best we can do.

The DEA only has one tool, and when all you have is a hammer everything tends to look like a nail.

I'm going to be serious; DEA please keep an open mind. Because you might be killing people... but, I don't think the DEA has to. It can be open to criticism and to reasoning. For what its worth...
