Welcome
Miami . . . Someone send this guy some mitra to start the plantation 8)
So how to trich's grow down their? In the ground ? Have any problems with excess moisture ? ?
:D Trichs grow pretty decent in ground with no ground amendment except for bridgesii. I just pulled one out that was super dehydrated and had the roots all rotten off looked more like a cereus than trich. I'm going to get them to grow faster and fix the drainage probs with raised beds for them from now on for everything I plant too and I get year round growth from them the Ogunbodede clones in particular have not slowed down this year actually just fed a few last night :)
Eileen seems to like the ground just fine so I'll feed her as well...
I'm going to probably fertilize more stuff tonight like the banana it probably needs it more than anything and the small muricata I just put in the ground not long ago needs a boost too.
I have a big caapi as well growing up my mango tree I need to prune a bunch to get it really growing faster haha stuff near the bottom is almost thicker than my arm :o nearing 5 years old I think...
Beginning of next year going to start using Earth Juice Seablast 3-26-22 ferts on all my bigger trichs and the big caapi and see if they'll bloom havent seen a flower from either in person ever ..

hahaa I so totally missed that ... thanks!!

The Ogunbodede are still small but growing faster than I thought and the one growing the single phatty is a Ogun grafted ontop of PC
and the Caapi has reached high into the mango tree already so def need to prune it asap.
