Welcome Levi,
You will enjoy this community for sure. No worries about bad English we have several non native speakers and everyone is pretty understanding, we focus on what is important.
Speaking of which, my ancestors left the Pilsen area over three generations ago. Even though they were German speaking and self identified as Bohemian, the CZ has always had a place in my heart. Prague is one of my all time favorite cities, great art, food, people, plus now that I am a lawyer, I think I owe some guy on a bridge a beer!
Take care,
Ian

Thank you for your opinions and welcome. :) I currently growing Psychotria Viridis, Banisteriopsis Caapi, Peruvian Torch, Cuzconensis and also small Catha Edulis and Couroupita Guianensis.
In my near area grow Amanita muscaria, Psilocybe, Papaver somniferum and Humulus lupulus.
PS:Beer should not be a problem to send... :D
-
Papaver is one of those ones im going to have to ask about since you live in a country with large scale cultivation.
I see their are university/state seed genetics banks, but cant find any links into it, Likely because I am searching in english ? ? Similar places in the US are a wealth of knowledge for traditional crops hear Im assuming its the same their just its not published in english ? ?
gene bank Oseva Pro – Research Institute of Oilseed Opava (Czech Republic)

Hey Levi: I sent you a PM (private message). moray james.

Yes, poppy growing in our country on a large scale, but it is used mainly in the food industry and therefore does not contains so much alkaloids such as example in Afghanistan.
You're right, research, seeds offer etc. in Oseva Pro are unfortunately only in czech language. :-\
-
I'm a huge poppy friend :D Yet I should give you a headsup, alkaloid talk, besides occasionally mentuioning alkaloids, is not well perceived on this forum. I'm just making sure no discussion spawns here.
BIG WELCOME
-
Ou don't worry, :) In this discussion I will no longer continue. I just wanted to introduce our poppy. :D
