Title: Hiya fellow plant-heads!

As I start rebuilding my collection (post-divorce) more and more resources keep pointing me here, so I guess it is high time I stopped by.

A bit about me.  3 dogs, 1 cat, one new wife, I live in Texas, drive a truck, make jewelry, and paint miniature tin soldiers.  All of my mini fig armies are pre-gunpowder.  Sea people, Romans, Egyptians, Hittites, and like so.

On the plant front, I am particularly interested in tall columnar cacti, acacias, and heirloom vegetables.   

I plan to have my new greenhouse up a year from now.  This year everything will come inside and winter under lights in the spare room.  Luckily I am not too far into replacing my lost collection.  :)

I am going to go poke around the forum, but I wanted to stop in and say hi.

Yeah very friendly.  I already had seed offers based on my profile and a discussion of datura.
