Title: How long until my harmila flowers.
Post by: FewTrueSeed on September 01, 2016, 07:13:31 PM

My harmila plants are a good size now and have been in the ground since spring. Still no flowers. The end of the season is creeping up (zone 4) and i would love to see seeds. How many days to flower??

Should blossoms between June and August in the Northern Hemisphere from what I've read.  Not sure about your specific location.

I don't think the leaves/stems are used very often, they have a pungent oil and not too high alkaloid content.

The roots are supposed to be useful

I had peganum flower for me when I used to live in 5b. They never made it to seed though. Roots could be plan B. Nice looking plants BTW.
