Title: New member who LOVES this idea!

I have to say I found this concept so compelling I HAD to join.  I own a great deal of botanical material, but little in the way of seeds.  I DO have a large, private, wonderful yard with gardens tended mostly by my wife, but greatly appreciated by me, and I am blessed with an indoor space with which I could grow as wall.

Since I live in the Northeast USA, that space will prove critical.  At last, something IMPORTANT I can do in my retirement along with the mundane!

Thank you to whosoever made the effort to establish this site.  I look forward to participating.

Take your time to browse the open areas of STS for newly registered members, and please share with us anything you want about your gardening work. Tips and ideas, links, some new pictures for our galleries... with that and some familiarity with the basic community guidelines, I'm sure you will be a full Member in no time.

Wow...what a friendly community!  I wish other forums in which I participate were as civilized.  I'm new, and so I'm bumbling a little bit.  I'll explore the site a bit further, but so far I'm at a loss as to where I should properly list my "haves" and "wants" as far as seeds and plants go.  I'll check out the FAQ (I'm big into self-help) and if I have any unanswered questions, I'll be sure to ask.

Thanks again to whosoever recognized the need for, and spent the time and effort to bring this project into fruition.

The place to add the grow/share/wish lists, look at the top of the page, put the mouse on "profile" tab and click the "forum profile" option.

Grow/Share/Wish lists are within that area. Once it is filled out, we can simply click your username to see your lists.    :)
