I dont know how to start these seeds and which soil to use. any ideas?
-
Well their from the west africa region, So I would plant them in rich sandy soil and keep warm (But thats just a guess)
I would try to do as much of a ID as possible on the seed's as the region is overflowing scamers.

I got them from someone in the netherlands. Should i soak the seeds or? the seeds are ugly looking, long curly black and wrinkly.

Im not aware of any seeds that can not be soaked for at least 6 hours without any problems. But thats not to say their are no exceptions ?
personally I soak any larger seeds for 6-24 hours as it tends to speed germination and helps avoid some mold issiues

the seeds are very prone to getting moldy. have a few left..
