Its one of those little sub-forums.
Filling in haves and wants in your profile is a good idea as well because if you click the members > search for members tab up there ^ there is an option to search member have or want lists.

The trading subforums accesibility should depend on the memberstatus, MtnGrownBotanicals should have access as soon as he is promoted the first time, which can be expected to happen fairly quick. Refer to the FAQ for more information on that topic.
