Hello all,
Thanks for the membership! I look forward to learning and sharing with you guys.
I've read the rules and the F.A.Q page and it doesn't seem any different than meeting new people in any situation. Good manners and discretion go a long way when making new friends and I would guess even more so online. I'm not an experienced forum participant so I'm pretty excited about how this all works.
As for my gardening style, I'm more likely to rescue a dying shrub or trade for a cactus cutting than buy off the shelf. I actually started my cactus collection by inquiring about other people's gardens and being offered cuttings. I've met some pretty cool people that way!
I've been involved in the landscape/nursery industry for many years and enjoyed family gardens from childhood on. I've always been fascinated with ethnobotany and the relationship we have with plant life so, yeah, can't wait to grow with you guys!!
I'm attaching two pics taken this (http://)morning.
1) T. Pachanoi
2) T. Bridgesii Monstrose
Both throwing pups

Hey guys,
It's taken me a min to respond. I've been traveling for a few days.
Home now and will put together my grow and wish list.
Ian, there is a desert rose in the pic behind the TBM. I'll post a better pic.
Thanks to all for the warm welcome.

Welcome, Growndown!
I'll promote you so can begin trading tomorrow morning (my kindle doesn't cut it for account setting changes, and I'm firmly glued to the couch this minute :P)
Be sure to shout if you need anything. We're all more than willing to help. :)
Peace,
Frog
