Title: Trichocereus poco questions

I have two questions, i have Trichocereus poco that I noticed some black spots on both. What is it? and what do I do?
And next is they were both labeled Trichocereus poco.  But they look similar but much different. Are they different? Miss label?

It looks to me like you developed rot on the tip there. What I would do is stop watering for about 2-4 weeks and sprinkle some sulfur powder on the tips.  Is it humid where you are?

And by the way, they look like the same species to me.
