Help! Whats wrong with this pachanoi?

i havent checked all my cacti in a few days and found one PC pachanoi is sick. Any idea what this is and what the best thing to do would be? Thanks. - SlowGrow

move it to a warm dry environment and dust the affected areas with powdered sulfur if you have any, otherwise do nothing else. 

the plant is signaling you that it doesn't like wet humid growing conditions & if you give it favorable conditions it likes it will recover on its own

Does it have something white on the lower rib? Is that DE from the recent treatment, or possibly scale or something?

The white powder is DE, I'll move this guy somewhere dry and hold off on watering

sulfur powder is a common plant product. Any local nursery should have it, especially if you have fruit trees in your area.

It works wonders with cacti rot prevention.
