I'm excited to learn and grow here! I have always grown vegetables and fruits, but have been expanding my botanical horizons to include medicinal and ethnobotanical interests. The past two years, I have have been focused primarily on cacti. Most of my collection has been grown from seed. Grafting has become a favorite activity. I wish to graft other plants, such as eggplant and tomatoes next year.
Another goal of mine is to push the limits of what I can grow indoors. The quantum board style LED lights have made powerful lights accessible, and I am excited to see further improvements in efficiency and higher output.
I would love to grow plants containing tryptamines next.
Other relevant things I've grown:
Papaver somniferum
Mitragyna speciosa (just rooted my first cutting)
Various edible mushrooms
Sceletium tortuosum

I have to degraft the two trichs I grafted last year!(first pic)
The other three I did this summer, and have already grown a lot. One is an Astro that was a tiny sliver, and somehow managed to survive.
What did you graft the apple to? Just a hardier variety of apple? I've only grafted cacti, but would love to hear about fruit trees
