should I be worried about these spots on T bridgesii? Also How long will it take for growth to continue after cutting the cactus?

Those look just fine. Bridgesii and trichos in general will get whiteish hard spots (corking) and small black spots that are just cosmetic. Unless something is squishy, it's probably fine.

It really depends about the growth. They can take weeks or months. Rooting is the same. It can take a few weeks to start, or it can sit for a year waiting it out.

Well thank you for putting my nerves at ease lol, Are there any tricks to speeding this up or what conditions should I shoot for to optimize the growth? Also what about the orange spots?
