I think this is relevant to sustainability, then again thiss may belong more in off topic

I so wish i had some goats on my property; i <3 <3 <3 some greek yogurt!

It looks super easy to make, and probably slightly preserves the milk, since theres already so much bacteria in it.

Around me about a pint of greek yogurt that only contains yogurt and bacteria is about $5!!!!
A gallon of milk is cheaper than $5.........

Edit: i wonder if one could make some using coconut milk or the like
