Title: Acacia confusa cutting propagation observations
Post by: onion on March 30, 2014, 04:28:21 PM
About 3-4 months ago I pruned one of my A. confusa trees. I stuck cuttings from the trimmings in fafard 3b media and placed on my mist bench. The cuttings ranged from pencil diameter woody cuttings to thin green tip cuttings. None of the woody cuts rooted...they all ended up rotting. About 60% of the tip cuttings rooted.

Has anyone else tried rooting A. confusa? Were your results different? There's not much info out there, so I'm curious to hear other experiences....
